Why I'm doing this

In 2001, digital technology was turning the entire entertainment industry upside down — recording, editing, photography, file sharing, all of it. I was the guy who taught working professionals how to ride that wave instead of drowning in it: over 6,000 students across 25 years, one of the first online training companies, two books.

Now AI is doing to every career what digital did to entertainment.

So I'm doing the same thing I did then: figuring it out in the open and teaching what I learn. I'm not a 25-year-old guru. I'm a professor with a doctorate in education, kids, a mortgage, and a career I'm reinventing in public.
